Why Hendo Help Desk?

Technology isn't always straight-forward—and that’s where I come in.

I provide one-on-one support for seniors who need help setting up new devices, learning how to use them, or solving everyday tech problems. Whether your printer isn’t connecting, your email is acting up, or your tablet feels confusing, I’ll walk you through it—clearly and patiently.

Helping you one-on-one is my favorite part of this work—I love sitting beside you as things start to click. But not every tech question needs an in-person visit. The Gentle Tech Library is here for those times when a clear, step-by-step guide is all you need.
