Hi, I’m Kerry, and I started Hendo Help Desk with one goal in mind: to help retirees in our mountain community feel more confident and connected in today’s digital world.


I’ve always loved technology—but even more than that, I love sitting beside someone as they learn something new and suddenly get it. That “aha” moment—that spark of confidence—is what keeps me doing this work. Whether it’s learning to use a Roku, upgrading to a new tablet, or finally getting that printer out of the box and fired up, I’m here to make technology feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

Over the years, I've seen older adults feel truly intimidated by the fast-changing pace of technology. But I've also experienced how quickly their confidence grew when someone took the time to sit beside them, go at their pace, and answer questions with patience and care. That’s what Hendo Help Desk is all about—personalized tech help, without the rush or the stress.


I don’t believe in confusing jargon or remote support. I believe in gentle guidance, real conversations, and building confidence one small step at a time.
